As a developer (m/f/d) at SQL Service GmbH, you will be responsible for the new and further development of our application software in the backend and frontend. You will implement specification-based requirements in the software, carry out application and interface tests and rectify errors by analysing and finding solutions.

Your profile includes completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification. You have sound knowledge of HTML5, C#, ASP.NET MVC and a very good command of German. Experience with Entity Data Framework, Web Assemblies/Blazor, JavaScript, TypeScript, source code management systems as well as commercial processes and MS Office is an advantage.

In your area of responsibility, you will be responsible for quality assurance in the software area and be available as a contact person for users with IT-related questions. Your activities will include testing, configuring and installing new software components as well as accepting incoming fault reports by telephone and e-mail. You will analyse, classify and process enquiries in the ticket system, document reports and solutions on an ongoing basis and take care of the administration of client systems and ensure ongoing operation.

For this position, you will have very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as professional experience in the areas of responsibility mentioned. In particular, experience in testing and operational test management, ideally with TestRail, is an advantage. An ISTQB Foundation certificate is desirable, but not essential. Your way of working is characterised by a strong customer and service orientation, independence and structure. Analytical thinking and a solution-orientated approach are just as much a part of your strengths as a high degree of personal responsibility, reliability and quality awareness.

In addition, you are confident in using common Office programmes. Basic knowledge of client and database development as well as accounting and commercial processes is a must.
